How do I add or cancel a walk or another service?
To add or cancel a walk or service call or text 571-723-3733. We are always happy to add any last minute walk request to the schedule before 8am the day of service needed. Visits scheduled or cancelled with less than two (2) business days notice will incur an additional $15.00 fee as our walkers + team members must adjust their schedules to accommodate these last minute requests – effective 05/26/14.
What if I need to change my weekly schedule?
Simply call us 571-723-3733 to discuss your needs.
Are you closed on any holidays?
Holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve.
*New Clients must schedule a meet & greet at least two weeks prior to an upcoming holiday.
*Package prices do not apply during holidays. Clients still needing services on any of the listed days are subject to our holiday fee.
*HOLIDAYS: $25 additional fee
What is your snow policy?
To ensure the overall safety of our dog walking staff as well as caregivers, we reserve the right to cancel services if the Federal Government is closed. If we decide to cancel services, we will state that in our outgoing message posted on our Canine Performance Facebook page as well as our Canine Performance twitter page. Make sure you Follow/Like us to get our updates!!! Canine Performance is happy to call/text any client who does not have access to the internet. There will be no charge if we cancel your walk due to inclement weather.
What are your office hours?
CANINE PERFORMANCE office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. We assist our clients over the phone or via text throughout the day. If you happen to reach our voicemail during our office hours, please leave us a message and we will contact you immediately upon receiving your message. Any calls / text messages / emails recieved after hours will be returned the next business day UNLESS we are making after hour visits or if we are currently boarding your pet.
Do you offer referral incentives?
YES! Our business continues to grow from the kindness of your referrals. There is no greater testimonial than you referring us to others. As a thank you, we’ll give you a FREE WALK credit towards future services for each new referral that starts using CANINE PERFORMANCE.
Do you offer pet sitting services when I travel?
Absolutely! CANINE PERFORMANCE handles all types of pet sitting reservations. Call 571-723-3733, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your particular needs.
Do you pet sit animals other than dogs?
Yes! We will gladly care for all of your furry loved ones: dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals!
Are you licensed, bonded and insured?
Yes! We are licensed, fully bonded and insured to protect you and your pet. Copies of these certificates will be made available upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet for any reason including, without limitation, if it appears that the pet is sick, injured, in pain, or that its behaviour could jeopardize the health and safety of other pets or our staff.
